Our classes run a maximum of 4 people per class in order for us to give better supervision and optimize your experience. Babies & Children - Information & Policies Please Note: Some of the below is adapted during different levels of the COVID-19 Protection Framework. See our policy on our home page.
Babies
For non-movers you are welcome to choose from one of our baby bouncers or baby play mats or choose to bring your own capsule or bouncer
Strollers will not fit near the Reformers and for safety reasons, we prefer you do not bring these. If baby is asleep in one, they can remain but one of our team will show you where to put them (they will be close but unable to be right next to you)
Our mats, bouncers and baby toys are regularly washed and cleaned
For babies on the move, for safety reasons they will either need to be strapped into a bouncer or capsule or in our designated fenced area
Rusks or crackers are fine to keep babies happy whilst sitting in bouncer
Please no messy food and please don't give them food if in the play area or if not strapped in
Toddlers & Pre-schoolers
Our designated fenced & gated toddler area is designed to be as safe and enjoyable for your little ones as possible
Please note that while our team does try to help you keep an eye on them, you will ultimately still be responsible for them during your session
You will have full visibility of them from your Reformer
Our toys and equipment in this area are washed and cleaned regularly
Please Note: HOUSE RULES
Please DO NOT bring sick children to your session
NO FOOD to be eaten in the play area, near the Reformers or in clinical rooms
Remove shoes before entering play area
Please remove your children from the play area as soon as your class is finished to allow the area to be prepared for the next class
Please use changing facilities in the bathroom for all nappy changes
NO Children on or around the Reformers or equipment
We do try to make your experience as enjoyable and easy as possible. If we are able, one of our team may ask you whether you mind them giving your child a cuddle if they are upset. It is our policy to always ask parents if they are ok with this! Please note that we are NOT always able to do this and our Instructors that are leading the class will NOT hold babies for safety reasons and to ensure that you are given the best supervision on the reformer. Your child is your responsibility when you are here.
